On behalf of the Reynolds/Claytor Family Reunion Board of Directors, we encourage you to make plans to join your cousins in the Washington DC Metro area for the 2020 Family Reunion. 2020 is an exciting year in Washington, DC with the Presidential election just months away. From great local shopping destinations, an awesome picnic location, to a local casino, the Smithsonian museums, and numerous golf courses; there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
The hotel where we’re staying, The Bethesdan Hotel, by Hilton, has been completely remodeled and it has a rooftop pool. It’s located in Bethesda, about 15-30 minutes north of Washington DC and near the Metro. We secured a great room rate this year of $109 per night per room so make sure you book early to receive the group room rate.
The link to book your room is: http://group.tapestrycollection.com/ReynoldsClaytorFamilyReunion You can also call the hotel and ask for the Reynolds Claytor Family Reunion room rate.
On Thursday evening, we will begin the reunion with a "traditional" hospitality room Meet & Greet. To assist us in planning, please let us know if you plan to arrive on Thursday. We will have our golf outing and formal banquet Friday evening, followed by our traditional park picnic Saturday, and Prayer Breakfast Sunday.
For the first time, you’ll have the option of registering online! Head over to www.reynoldsclaytorfamily.com/reunion-registration or mail the form included in this newsletter to register.
Please remember to send your family news to reynoldsclaytorfamily@gmail.com so we can include it in the blog section on the family website- www.reynoldsclaytorfamily.com
In an effort to assist younger families and make our reunion more affordable, we have reduced the registration cost for young adults ages 15-29. If you can, please send an extra Reunion Support Donation. Your continued financial support of the Scholarship Fund and dues are also greatly appreciated. Only one check (payable to Reynolds/Claytor Family Reunion) is required for your registration fees, tee shirt orders, dues, and donations.
